I am a learning and performance improvement strategist with a decade of experience spanning legal services and fintech. I am currently the Team Lead of the Learning Experience Design team at Envestnet, where my work supports more than 100,000 learners across the platform.

My career has been defined by a steady move from instructor to architect of systems that drive performance. What makes my approach distinct is the combination of three skillsets that I combine: systematic Human Performance Improvement methodology, hands-on instructional and UX design craft, and practical experience designing and deploying AI systems.

I hold a Master of Science in Organizational Performance and Workplace Learning (OPWL) from Boise State University, one of the country's most respected programs in Human Performance Improvement. He achieved OPWL Honors in the program and also received a Graduate Certificate in Organizational Development.
