Overview
I am a learning and performance improvement strategist with a decade of experience spanning legal services and fintech. I am currently the Team Lead of the Learning Experience Design team at Envestnet, where my work supports more than 100,000 learners across the platform.
My career has been defined by a steady move from instructor to architect of systems that drive performance. What makes my approach distinct is the combination of three skillsets: systematic Human Performance Improvement methodology, hands-on instructional and UX design craft, and practical experience designing and deploying AI systems.
I hold a Master of Science in Organizational Performance and Workplace Learning (OPWL) from Boise State University, one of the country's most respected programs in Human Performance Improvement. I achieved OPWL Honors in the program and also received a Graduate Certificate in Organizational Development.
