I am the Team Lead - Learning Experience Design for a financial technology SaaS organization.  I have a decade of experience in the Learning and Development field. My expertise is designing eLearning experiences that measurably improve performance through my knowledge of UX design, eLearning authoring tools, and LMS administration.

I am enrolled in the Organizational Performance & Workplace Learning program at Boise State University with an expected graduation date of Spring 2026. I will complete my Graduate Certificate in Organizational Development in the Summer of 2025.

I have experience with several external and internal learning management systems, including SkillJar, Cornerstone, and Litmos. 

I am also experienced in eLearning development to create training videos and eLearning modules using Articulate Storyline and Rise, Camtasia, Captivate, and more.

I am a certified UX designer who believes in the importance of a user journey that optimizes the learner experience.
