This project outlines the change management strategy for ABC Power Company, a pseudonym for a real regional nuclear provider. The initiative focused on implementing a new records procedure that transferred LMS data entry duties from Learning Development Representatives to Instructors. The plan addressed the communication, training, and reinforcement needed to sustain this process change across multiple facilities.
